Medical and Dental Insurance
- Individual coverage for the associate is provided for a small fee with family coverage available at very
attractive rates.
Long Term Disability
- Long Term Disability insurance coverage is offered to the associate at no charge.
Life Insurance
- Life insurance is provided to the associate at no charge based on annual salary. Optional life insurance is
available to both associate and dependent.
Paid Time Off
- Associates are able to accrue time off for personal use for illness and vacation. The rate of accrual is
based on hire date.
401-(k) Plan
- Lantal offers associates a 401(k) Savings/Retirement Plan to assist them in providing for their future
welfare and financial security. Participation in the Plan is offered to all eligible associates.
